— Why is it that you only have this photographic niche that focuses primarily on Corporate Events & Corporate Head Shots & Step & Repeat?
I have captured over 125 corporate events and this is growing exponentially. This had led me to have an exclusive website dedicated to that genre to make it more simplistic and organized and seamless for any future client looking for this type of photography. 
— How long have you been in business?
Proudly over 20 years.
— Do you have business insurance?
Yes, business liability insurance is a must for any photographer. First It is rarety that the policy is ever needed, but it is in your best interest to know that you're covered, there is a good deal of complexity involved in such a policy, and its coverage, but yes, every photographer needs to have it in place. and it will be sent to each hotel or venue via email (and I'll cc you on the email).
— Are you a registered business in The State Of South Carolina?
Yes, similar to any other business, a photographer must be registered both with the State of South Carolina (Retail License) and the federal government (a federal ID #). It's important for you as a client to know that, when you hire a photographer, you are dealing with a legitimate business. I'm happy to provide this information to you (Retail License, and federal ID#) upon request. Also, one more important factor (and seldom asked) has to do with business licenses for each jurisdiction/county in the Charleston, SC area (please see the next question). There are four jurisdictions within Charleston, SC: City of Isle of Palms, City of Charleston, Town of Mount Pleasant, and North Charleston. The ordinance requires that you must have an up-to-date business license for each municipality! You must make sure you receive a copy of that license from any photographer, given that most of the hotels & venues will ask you for it, before your event. Plus, you never know who might be enforcing the ordinance, especially on that day!
— What kind of photography & videography equipment do you use?

— Can we meet at the venue hotel or the location where is it taken place?
Yes, I am happy to have a walkthrough or consultation days before the event to figure out many of the logistics, and maybe if you are renting the photo booth where to set it and any special request you may be looking for.
— What methods Do you use for data backup?
Capture, download, back up and back up again and secure one of those back up in a safe deposit box. Yes, you never put all your eggs in one basket.
— Why pay more for your services than other professional photographers?
Well, that depends on your definition of Professional? After this COVID epidemic, only a few of us are still in business. Do they have the credentials above? Are you a corporate company that is interested in truly hiring a professional? If they do and now you are debating on cost then I would quote John Ruskin (below)

“It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to have enough to pay for something better.” ― John Ruskin
— Where Do You Shoot Corporate Headshots?
Most of our corporate headshot clients prefer to have us set up studio lights and a backdrop for business headshots in their office, making corporate headshots very convenient for employees without too much travel and lost time in the day. By having one set-up on location we can also ensure consistency between the headshots so they will have a consistent look and feel. Within the Charleston area, there is no additional transportation cost for corporate headshots. However, any travels past 25 miles from our King Street Location require a $200 travel fee for travel outside of the studio.  Alternately, You, are welcome to have your business headshots done in our professional studio environment by visiting us as we have a studio space conveniently located at 310 King Street Suite B Charleston, SC 29401.
— Step & Repeat your totally different vision and product. Can you explain it? 
Yes, to me all step and repeat are the same, while they are great the term Step & Repeat actually refers to the process of people stepping in front of the backdrop wall to pose repeating the same process over & again. The term repeat also comes from the repetitive use of logos/images printed on the banner.

We offer custom step and repeat backdrops for every type of event. One of the unique creative ways that we have designed this is by having backdrops representing our Holy City. This is by far most corporate event go-to choice, being that they want to take back home with them a part of this beautiful historic city for their memories. This will not disappoint..!

Along with this we also offer printing those photos while your event is going on and providing you with a beautiful actual 5 x7 photographic photo. This by far is a true testament of the type of great quality we want to produce. We also offer you a choice to pre-order a special matt to present those with including putting your brand on that folder (please request this special offer).
— Is your photography copyrighted? 
As your photographer and videographer, we retain ownership of the photos, & videos we produce. However, you own the rights to use our photographs & share. You can also use it for your website, marketing, etc.

Owning and sharing the rights to your photos also means taking responsibility for them. As a client, you do not have permission to sell these photographs or claim them as your photography. However should you need to use these photos or videos for a third party, please contact us for permission. We often agree and help in any way we can.
— How long will it take you to furnish us with the photo gallery or video of our event? 
Generally within a couple of weeks and maybe sooner. Please inquire we can accommodate. We take lots of pride in doing this and why a great editor both in photography & video can have a huge impact and can make the final product that much better. Retouching with pure art by simply toning or balancing makes your images & video to the next level this take time and why we do this. 

Once that is completed you will receive a password-protected gallery of selected photos from that shoot. You can share and also download images directly from the site in high resolution.
